This is a beautiful, hour long, mindfulness meditation class. The class consists of three guided meditations including visualisation meditation, bodyscan and breath based meditation and gratitude meditation. This class is suitable for anyone who has never meditated before as I will chat to you a little about how to sit and be during the meditation.
Experienced meditators will also get a lot from the hour but it is more focused on people who like and need to be guided fully throughout the meditation.
Each meditation is fully guided and you will feel supported throughout. There is also a little break between each meditation to give you a chance to stretch your legs, get a drink or do whatever it is you need to do. This the perfect self-care gift for you, or for someone you love.
