This free masterclass will help you return back into your own body through mindfulness meditation and journalling. You will be fully supported throughout the masterclass and you will get some beautiful insights into yourself and what you love doing. You don't need to have anything fancy with you, all you will require is a pen or pencil and a piece of paper and a space you won't be distrubed in.
