Breathe & Be
Join us on Monday, 11th March at 7.30pm online for a beautiful hour and a half of mindful relaxation and meditation to help you feel peaceful and relaxed for the rest of the week.
We will spend our time together noticing the breath, our body and how we are feeling. We will feel into what we need in that moment through different types of meditation, using hand cream, visualisation and our thoughts.
You will come out of this practice feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready for the week ahead.
We will connect through Zoom which will give you the added benefits of relaxing and getting really cosy in your own home. All you will need to participate is a computer or smart device, a quiet space and lots of blankets or cushions to make sure you are really cosy. You will be more then welcome to lie down as well if that is available to you and don’t worry about falling asleep, I take it as a compliment when people fall asleep during my classes because it means they are listening to their bodies and giving them just what they need.
This class is suitable for someone with a longstanding mindfulness practice or for a complete beginners, all meditations will be guided and you will feel held and supported throughout our time together.
This will be the best €15 you will have ever invested in yourself and those around you will thank you for it too!
