Join us for a beautiful weekly hour long class of mindfulness. We will spend our time together getting to know our bodies, how they are feeling and what they really need from us.
Mindfulness helps to ease a busy mind and calm stressful thoughts. By sitting or lying in stillness we can notice the tension and holding within our body and we can learn to release it and let it go.
Meditations will be gentle and guided and there is no commitment past one week. If you are curious about mindfulness, interested in learning more or want to reacquaint yourself with your practice this is the class for you. Classes will be online so you will need a quiet space where you can sit or lie comfortably, a phone, tablet or computer and a good wifi connection. Mindfulness classes online means that you learn how to practice mindfulness where you are. Mindfulness is not something done in a special place with certain pieces of equipment. Mindfulness is something that can be done at any time and in any place. Join us and learn how.
Who: anyone over 15 years who wishes to learn some more about the benefits of mindfulness and experience a calm and gentle atmosphere.
