We run classes for all age groups; from children of four years of age up to adults. There are three different types of classes; classes for children of primary school age, classes for teenagers and classes for adults.
We also offer a variety of one to one sessions. All classes can be provided in English and Irish.

During our classes with teenagers, we use music and food to explain the benefits of mindfulness and meditation to ensure the students enjoy the experience as well as learning from it.
We discuss the effects of stress on the physical body during these classes and the young people go away with an understanding of how mindfulness can help reduce stress and help them with studying and memorising.
We talk about their own interests and things they enjoy doing and things that make them happy to improve the mood in the class and to encourage them to acknowledge the good things happening in their lives.
We work in secondary schools and with youth clubs and summer camps and sessions are altered to suit the organisation and group.
These classes are designed to support you. They are catered to your needs and how mindfulness can help you.
During the classes we practice a number of different types of meditation. We offer space for discussion and exploration and if it's required or requested we teach about different concepts of mindfulness such as the being and doing mode and the exhaustion funnel.
Our one to one, individual, private adult sessions can be 60 minutes long or 45 minutes, depending on what you want and need.
These classes are a lovely way to start the morning, before work or after the school run or it is a lovely way to ensure you get a mental break from work at lunchtime as well. The sessions will ensure you are set up for a calmer and more peaceful day.

We offer private, one to one sessions to families who would like to experience relaxation, fun, calm and mindfulness.
The classes are always catering to the needs of the family but we loosely follow the steps of a Relax Kids class.
We always start with movement and games to help release energy and to make sure the children have fun. We then start to slow things down with yoga stretches to release tension held in the body, gentle massage on each other (with permission) and on ourselves. We do different breathing exercises and we talk about good things that have happened that day.
Every session ends with either everyone lying on the floor, listening to relaxing music and doing a gentle and peaceful meditation or we can listen to the same relaxing, beautiful music while colouring in.
These sessions can be done in person or online.
These sessions are designed to help parents learn mindful tips and tricks that they can then use with their children.
The session lasts 60 minutes and in that time the parents can experience the calm and peace that is experienced when we practice mindfulness and meditation.

Parents will also learn different things they can try with their children. The sessions are altered and changed depending on the needs of the parents and the children they have.
These sessions can be done with one or more parent involved.
