We run classes for all age groups; from children of four years of age up to adults. There are three different types of classes; classes for children of primary school age, teenagers and adults. All classes can be provided in English and Irish.

One 2 One

We do one on one sessions with one person, a small group or with families. These groups are completely tailored to the needs and desires or the individuals. A one on one session includes a  15/20 minute consultation to make sure the session is covering exactly what the participant or participants are looking for.

We follow the structure of a Relax Kids class in these classes. Each class starts with games which require and release a lot of enegry and then we slowly bring the children down to slower, calmer games and activities. We do gentle massage and we do stretches to release tension from our bodies. At the end of every class the children lie down on the floor and listen to relaxing music and do a gentle meditation.
We work in primary schools, youth clubs and summer camps.

We discuss the effects of stress on the physical body during these classes. The young people go away with an understanding of how mindfulness can help reduce stress. We use music and food to engage the young people. We talk about their own interests and these are brought into the classroom.
We work in secondary schools and with youth clubs and summer camps. In schools we run 8 week courses.

We run two different types of courses for adults. We run a 6 week mindfulness practice class and we run 8 week mindfulness for stress and mindfulness for health courses

Eight week courses
There are two types of eight week course; Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health.
Mindfulness for Stress courses are for people that are struggling with cronic stress and would like to learn more about how mindfulness can help them in dealing with their stress. Mindfulness for Health courses are for people who suffer from a chronic illness or pain and again, this course teaches participants how to deal with the suffering they have.
Both courses consist of 2.5 hours a week of class time and the price will include a book and meditations that are to be done at home. There will be a home practice every week that participants are required to do. These courses follow the structure of the Breathworks classes.

Six week courses
These courses are for anyone at all, whether you are an experienced meditator or a complete beginner. These classes give participants a flavour of what mindfulness is and what it is like, while experiencing the energy of meditating in a group. For anyone who is an experienced meditator it is a great opportunity to experience the group energy while practicing mindfulness.
